Whitelightning works very well for what it is and Nate does an excellent job pulling pulling every bit of wheelability out of his Jeep.
No more pops and bangs yesterday, today might have opened another can of worms, the Hammers is a tough place for vehicles. I agree that draglink needs to go to the scrap pile.

When we started claw I saw a red jeep come in behind us…. I asked Art, do you think that's Moab??? Wasn't you….. I can say with confidence though that you can get through Claw, and Big Johnson with very little to worry about. My buddy in the stock wheelbase YJ on 35's did very well on those.

White Lightning looking a little sad this morning…. sitting on the trailer with a flat tire. Picked up a small chunk of WOOD of all things while hauling *** back to the trucks yesterday.

Aftershock on bigger than 35's I can see it being relatively easy besides a few tricky spots… but it seemed like on 35's you really had to pick your lines or get hung up on this or that. I was really enjoying the technical aspect of the trail. Line selection was everything in order to make progress without beating up everything underneath. A couple steering stabilizers bit the dust yesterday. (not mine though).

Yeah it was fun to be on that trail, I was thinking about you guys. We drove to the trail the long way running by Full of Love and it must have taken an hour or more just to get to the trailhead…. Aftershock is pretty far! We hauled *** around the other side of the range to get back and that was much faster through the whoops.

Everything felt great man, rig was climbing awesome. I didn't touch my suck down switch the entire time. Front was nice an quiet and it just seems to articulate much smoother now. I also felt like I was able to go faster in the desert. Tate was having a ball when we were hauling ***…. probably going a little to fast! When we got back to the trucks on the first day I pulled onto the trailer and started unloading the jeep. I went to grab my Gopro that was mounted on the B pillar with a tube clamp mount and it wasn't there! I broke the mount off going around the big boulder on Chocolate Thunder. So I told the guys I gotta go back and look for it. Tate and I jumped in and absolutely hauled *** back to to Choc Thunder while we still had some daylight. We had to have caught air a couple times. Well good thing…. the camera was sitting right there in the dirt, case in two pieces, camera in perfect shape though…. got lucky!

I'll pass this along to him. He always feels some pressure when he's on photo duty, he doesn't want to miss good shots or disappoint me with the photos. I tell him he always takes good photos.

A few more photos. Didn't take many yesterday. I had to conserve my phone battery to make sure we could get out with the GPS. My charger was left in the truck.
