I want to start on mine but I have to wait to get my CAs in. The artec kit made it in on Thursday.

Have you cut the brackets off yet?

Ok... it's torn down. That was fun. This is probably how it will sit for a while now, gonna do the e-brakes today just so that's done. Also going to order my driveshaft today. Might as well get that out of the way since it's looking like a few more weeks before the tank will be ordered.

Thanks Bob, got a little tired of looking at it all junk yarded out. At least now it looks like something, and seeing it empty will motivate me to actually get it put back together.

Looks like you may even be close enough to do some mockup, maybe weld up some brackets, and have er ready for when you can afford the big ticket items.

The brackets are off already. I have a group of guys that are planning to help me get it installed once the new rear CAs come in.

The waiting game and looking at it outside my townhouse is brutal (no garage and no welder)

Yeah we will see, Im really just trying to kill time while I wait for my other parts. I'm not in a hurry to spend the money on this axle. I want it done, but making it a winter project is the plan. As soon as I get the tank in.... it's gonna be all about wheeling until the snow hits. Then even more wheeling where it's not snowing, haha.

I think I'll leave those in for now. Keeping the surface underneath from getting contaminated.

If I can ask, what do you do for a living? It seems like you get more done on your stuff during the week days then I get done all weekend.

I supervise a tire shop... Usually have Tuesdays off but work on Sundays... you'll notice I get a lot done on Tuesdays.... I WISH I could slow my projects down a little though. For one... I would probably get better results, and two it would spread out the time and money more evenly! It seems like lately I have more time than money.

I'm coming off a 4 day stay at home vacation... it's been very nice. Haven't done that in a long time.
