NalinMFG TJ Build (LCG, Coilovers, High Steer, Front Stretch)

I had started this build on pirate(assuming that the hardcore crew would have more experience), but no one ever answers my questions or provides useful insight...so im bringing it back to good ol JeepForum!

This build began in June 2010 and is hopefully nearing completion. I am a Public Relations/Advertising junior at the University of Southern Indiana, and in the National Guard...so I never have much time to work on it.

Specs:
35" Goodyear Kevlars
14" FOA Coilovers
Front Stretch
High Steer/hydro assist
Rubicon D44 rear
Custom built D44 front

How are you handling steering? I saw a few pics, but how are you keeping everything packaged? Full hydro?

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

IndyORV- Dick and fart jokes, titties, throttle, flops, beer, tater balls, and good times.

center is from a 79 F250, tubes are from a 75 F100(.5" wall), and C's outward are 78 Bronco. It's built to 66-77 Bronco width specs (yukon shafts) at 60" wms... .5" narrower than the TJ Dana 30. 4:88 gears with an ARB locker.

I have however encountered a problem with this setup. The center section is 3" more centered than D30 so the horizontal angle of the driveshaft changed quite a bit. It looked fine when I started, but now that it's driveshaft time, its apparent that a one piece shaft is not going to clear the bell housing. I may have a 2 piece solution that I will work more on this Sunday.

PSC saganaw box/drag ling with hydro assist. Full hydro would have made things far too simple

Ouch. That hurts.....who needs a front drive shaft anyway?
