The bad back was my issue..the foot my wife's...no she didn't plant her foot in my backside....

I used 7 gallons of stain on my decks and fence, half of that on my knees which took my back out...

You would not like to rake 40 bags of leaves every year.... If folks reading this have not figured it out yet, I'm anal....A neighbor mentioned recently he saw leaves in my yard...I asked where...

On another note, I will say it was more than kind of you not to mention the Horns disintegration last weekend, It's more than I ever would have expected from a Sooner fan.
I only wish that I would responded in kind...

Yeah I would not bring it up. Hornsfans.com has been interesting to watch though. Our rivals to the north are having bad luck too today. I'll just sit back and enjoy our QB controversy.

Raking is easier if you put your heel in two corners of the bag, hold the lid up with one hand and compress the pile into the bag with the rake.

Raking leaves goes 10x faster this way and you get more in each bag. (An hour employee of mine figured this out while working for me.)

Good luck with everything. Thanks for checking in.

Good to see you post again! The carport looks good, I like all the signs. One thing I did not see though was a beer in the pic, did I miss it?

Funny how we all show up at the same time...I have not checked in for a while and feared that you may have bored yourself from completing the project given all of the other toys! I have been distracted from my project jeep for similar reasons and have also vowed to get back into it this fall so that I can actually drive it rather than look at it everyday. Hope your back and foot are feeling better! As for being anal...I have a buddy that matches your intensity for detail and it just makes me do a little better job than I would have otherwise - so keep it up and straighten up that chiminea!

I'll clear a few things up...the back problem was mine, I attribute it to all the hands and knee's deck staining, and the loss of weight (less fat to hold the muscles together)...thus no beer in the carport picture. By no means does this state I have stopped drinking beer. The broken foot was my better half's problem, not mine. Besides work, another time consumer was raising a third child...a four legged 2 pounder with more energy than the whole family combined. Our 10 year old dog was stolen, we have leads on where he is but still have not located him...don't get me started here...

The chiminea was straightened out 5 minutes after the picture was taken...

Hey Maverick, let's bet our jeeps on our football game this Saturday. If you don't respond, I'll assume you agreed.

OU fans were getting pretty cocky. I was one. UT is now 3-0 in Big XII. Good win.
