Leave it off, I think it looks better without it. Plus now you can sell the brush guard for more Jeep money

I've been debating that too. I could go either way as far as looks, but everyone that I've talked to about it (dad, brothers, friends) have been giving me **** about it, saying i need to figure out a way to make it fit, cut it up and re-weld it, custom fab a new winch plate (my dad has no idea what he's talking about here), and my brother suggested putting 1" blocks under the guard so it would clear the winch. I dont know why they're trying to argue so much about it. I mean they didnt buy it, it's not their jeep.

I know, i know, its my jeep, do what i want with it. It needs a new paint job anyway, so i'll probably sand it down and spray it up sometime this summer and see if i cant sell it.

Went wheeling at Bundy Hill today. I was driving through a wooded trail and this damn tree just came out of no where!

Its really too bad that damn brush guard couldnt fit on there along with the winch...

I think this is the one:

http://www.directeddealers.com/manua...tion_Guide.pdf

I installed mine with minimal headaches. I've been screwing with the sensitivity for months. If the wind hit the soft top, it would set it off. I unplugged it unless the soft top was down. Now that the hard top is on it stays plugged in. If you need some help let me know. You're close enough you could bring it to my garage if you wanted.
