Thanks again guys,
I like the change too. I just bought it about 3 weeks ago and had this planned from before I actually bought one. I took me a while to find deal on a clean, low mileage, rubicon, unlimited with both tops.

here are a couple more I hope are not duplicates:

No pictures today. I did some upgrades though.

Added keyless entry for the doors, central locking so locking or unlocking drivers door with the key or interior lock causes the other door (plus tailgate tomorrow) to follow.
I will wire an actuator for the tailgate tomorrow.
I really hated not having keyless entry. Glad to have it again.

Also added a mopar Ipod interface to my factory radio. It is pretty cool too.

I have the new winch in the box. I need to get a mounting plate, remove my milk jugs from the front bumper, add a rear tire carrier/bumper (I like the berzrk carrier), reverse lighting, find some 1/2 doors and find a suitable tool box between the rear seat and tailgate.

May have a custom front bumper fabbed up with the winch provision built in.

I also need to stop by and see my buddy Matt with Gr8tops. We are old scrambler buddies. I know he will try to (and possibly) convince me to switch to a 1/2 top.

Thanks for following my buildup. I will add info and pics as things change.

Very sharp. Mines the same color and i think they look sick with the black and blue look.

Looks 100% improved over stock! I have a blue with khaki Rubi as well and after seeing your pics I just ordered the black headlight rings. Congrats and enjoy!

Some LJ's have painted wheels

Some LJ's (Unlimited Rubicon Sahara 05) have painted wheels to tone down the shine.

Thanks again for the comments.
This was the color I wanted. I have liked the black wheels since I was wheeling CJ's.
I hate chrome. I was installing my lift at my buddies shop in Georgia (occoneeoffroad) and he had the headlight rings in stock. I picked up a few things while I was there.

I have added some custom made rails under the rockers, a warn winch plate with m8000, removed the milk jugs, relocated the fog lights and added the tailgate actuator. I used the factory connectors for the third brake light to power the actuator since the 3rd brake light will be added to new bumper/carrier. I will get the rear bumper/carrier ordered this week. I will add rear carrier pics when I get it installed. I will also be relocating the winch control box box under the hood.
