I don't know the bolt/thread size but I'm sure you can find that on the warn site or wait for another to chime in.. Maybe search in reg TJ section..
Also I would suggest you use longer bolts for thos that need to go thru the both the diff shield and cover.
And a question I have is why didn't you just go with a full cover replacement instead?

I don't know about the bolts but you should get some ORO Lite Dots tail lights. That would look pretty sweet on your black jeep

been searchin everywhere, i may call warn 2moro and see if some one there can help me.

Price... need to change my diff fluid and figured i should just get some cheap covers while i'm at it. I'll get full cover when i get lockers (way down the road) these will hold me over till then. spent less than $100 so no to bad, and full covers would easily push me over $200. Hopefully they're just temp like 2-3 years

ya i've looked at em many times, they're pricey so not high on the list. i thought about just spray tinting my tail lights black. cheep but it might look cool only like $15 a can and i could lightly tint my stock fogs to.

ha ha no i haven't gotten the chance. I'm hoping to go wheeling during the holiday school break. I may just end up going by my self and pray i don't break anything and try to just take it easy...........
Going snowboarding in a week and I was tempted to take the LJ, but 3 dudes in a manual, soft top LJ (with no cruise) full of boards and gear doesn't seem like fun. The creature comforts of my brother in laws 08 Tahoe sound very nice. plus the V8 Cruises a little bit better IMO

Put this

in this

and in this

the cheap d30 guard wouldn't fit right so I'm gonna try to return it to quadratec.... the 30 is gonna have to roll around naked for now.
hopefully i did this all correctly and don't have any leaks

and for diff cover bolts, i bought 1" long bolts.... they are a little longer than stock with the diff cover but worked... 7/8 would be the better length but they didn't have any at lowes.
