Got more work done today before more snow comes. Clearanced the fender to turbo, only had too because I have mml and tt. Oil fitting are in, cut and welded up the shortened u-bend. I'm going to try to hook up the exhaust at the factory flange but well see how that goes..

Watching this one. I just got an '05 2.4l/NSG370 today. All stock currently. I have a HP30 laying on the shop floor looking for a home. I'll probably toss in 4.88s and then throw it under the Jeep along with a matching 8.8... Looking forward to seeing how that turbo works for you.

looking good!

Is the rest of your exhaust stock? I was worried about restriction so I got a high flow universal 2.5" cat and i'm going to get a cat-back meant for a 4.0 which should be all 2.5"

The only "stock" part of the exhaust is the down pipe to the muffler, I put a smaller straight flow muffler on in the past. The cat is their but nothings in it lol

looking good! I think I got the same air filter assembly. Are you getting cool air from inside the cab? Nevermind I answered my own question I see your mini snorkel in the other pics.

Took it for a test drive today, its awesome! I could cruise at 35mph in 5th gear with so much power. I'm going to have too make a heat shield for the battery, that manifold puts out heat. The exhaust is a bit loud its currently dumping behind the skid plate, sounds like a diesel I like it.

Still running good? Did you mean 5th gear 55mph? That was my biggest pet peeve with mine - it seemed that if there was a slight uphill grade in the road or a strong headwind 5th gear wouldn't hold 55-60mph, and I have stock tires!
