Great unique mods!!!!
Doing this fixes the short but now the 4 way flashers only work with the ignition on. I did this a year ago other than that it works like a charm.

Having had my stereo ripped out of my dash while I was shopping, I always cringe when I see a fellow Jeeper install a nice head unit like that. It looks good though.

BTW, great job on the intake.

Rethink the 4.10's. The 3.73s you have now to jump to only 4.10's would be insane. I run 4.88's with 31's and it's not over geared. I know you said you weren't ready yet but do your research in the meantime.....4.10's aren't worth the effort/money. Check out JP mag's multiple articles and tips on gearing your 4cyl. Or do some reading on 4bangerjp.com, all strongly urge 4.88's for anything 31's or larger. I seem to be the gnat buzzing around all the 4cyl threads but I do it for a good reason. Deep gears and it runs like a stock 4cyl, not struggling and not dieing on hills. Everyone seems to be scared they are going to over gear these things, trust me, it's not possible. If it didn't take an axle swap to get them I'd be running 5.13's or 5.38's when I step to 33's. I do 600 miles per week of all interstate, these motors love cruising at and around 3,000 rpms and will cruise there all day. 2.5, 2.4, manual or auto, if you have a 4cyl and run 33's you want 4.88's you just don't know it yet.

2.4l engine,6 speed trans,4.88 gears and 35" tires makes a nice combo. The lil 4 banger definitely wants to rev to make some power

How hard was it to take everything off and redirect the air intake? That looks really good! I'd like something like that too.

The headlights were really simple, just take out the old reflectors and brackets and swap in the jk units

The naiv was more of a project. I had to cut out the back of the dash so the unit could fit in. I also had to make brackets out of sheet metal to hold it in. Then cut the opening taller on the dash trim and fill the sides in because. It's not as wide as the factory radio.

Their aftermarket keystone, now lkq. They come with a lifetime warranty too. All you'll need is a torx screwdriver and wireing adapters for the bulb type differences
