next i decided i wanted to plasti-dip the front grille and wheels a flat black. I thought it'd make it look a little less flashy

i wanted to get a little clearance room for some bigger tires so i could throw on some bigger tires, i really liked the chopped fender look with the door liner around it

so i couldnt decide how short i wanted to cut my bumper down for the stubby effect. i took it down a little then said f*#$ it and cut the rest off. I didnt want to buy the stubby caps so i attempted at a little puddy and sanding job. It came out okay but i will definitely invest in them eventually.

and now a little shorter....

now sanded and prepped a little

so i saw a write up online for a stubby rear bumper where you basically just cut out a couple wedges and do a little bending. let me know how you like this one! im proud of it.

Good job for being on a budget! Beats buying thin fender flares!

I actually had taken the Plasti-dip off my grill. ( that stuff is terrible ) and resprayed it with a matte paint. I then took off the big clunky plastic bumper and left the metal frame bumper underneath. I popped off the coke can looking bumps and started to fabricate a stinger bumper.
