We used U-Pol Raptor sprayed at 50psi. We sanded everywhere that would be sprayed (if it shines, it wont stick). Then I washed the tub out with just dawn dish soap so there would be no greasy residue that the liner wouldn't stick to. Then this morning we wiped the tub out with xylene and let it dry up, then we started mixing the liner and spraying it. It took about 45 minutes and used 3 quarts of liner.

Ok, I finished my lift this morning (rough country 2.5) no pics because I had to clean up and get to work. I've got rear driveshaft vibes from about 15 to 30 mph. I'm going to put the spare in the back to hopefully lower it some and reduce the vibes. Pics in a few hours.

To get me through to my next paycheck I've lowered the transfer case skid by about 1/8 of an inch. It has gotten rid of the vibes until I can get a SYE and CV driveshaft.

its not whole lot to the skid drop i think i have some hd square tubing at work and if you want i can get some

I just used washers to lower it, they only need to hold for a week or two. Thanks anyways.
