Its nice. It worked pretty good as a shovel when I went though a ditch and it caught the side, it held up fine. MC has great products and great customer service, I'm a customer for life. Not many companys that will call you to confirm your order.

Why 60's and 40's? Especially if it's your DD. But I'm guessing if you do that it won't be your DD anymore...

Hey man nice build. If you're not entirely set on 60's, try a ford 8.8 in the rear and rubicon 44 in the front. You won't need to change rims because of different bolt pattern, plus the 8.8 will hold up with 40's just fine.

A front Rubi 44 isn't anything special. Using a couple same parts from the 30. Personally I'd save money and do an HP30 up front and a D44 in the back. Check out my build thread.

EDIT: Forgot we're talking about 40's. You need D60's if you plan to wheel hard. I wouldn't trust an 8.8 on 40's.

Never would I trust an 8.8 to 40s. The second I go offroad kaboom. JK 44s trussed and new shafts maby, but that would much more than buying 60's and either doing a long arm or a 4-link. I'm still tossing many things around in my head.

My Jeep is now nocturnal for a few weeks until I get the lift (2.5 inch RC & 1.25 BL Zone) New top (Rugged ridge XHD) and bedline the interior with raptor lining. No pictures, its just a scuffed up tub with no seats.

Alrighty, I've got the lift ordered. The weather should be good on Friday to spray the tub. Between now and my birthday (feb 24) I'm going to be saving up for PSCs flip down tire carrier ( http://shop.poisonspyder.com/TJ-LJ-J.../14-13-020.htm ). Fuel cell with birthday $$. Then over summer Metalcloak stretch fenders and stretch.
