my dad decited to get me brakes for a late Christmas gift!
I needed them it was really cool!

He helped me put them in too! It was great and smooth untill I crushed the S#$% out if my finger... hopefully i dont have to drain it tonight that trips me out!

but on the bright side im going to Ocotillo wells near Salton City tomorrow befor the sun is up and staying the night there in tents somewhere My dad also want to go (i thank hes liking the jeep thing) hes never been wheeling with me before so he doesnt know what hes in for. haha

But if any of you are going to be out there let me know it would be great to meet up! I have never been there befor but looks like a blast!

I held the camera upside down…

But back from ocotillo wells! I had a blast! I learned that the winch IS a necessary tool and a life saver.
I met some cool guys out there and can’t wait to go back.

Only thing I broke out there was the alternator bracket but lucky with lots of zip ties I got home.

I also noticed a problem when I first got on the freeway, when I pass 55 my front end wonders side to side. I am going to replace my drivers side front axel bearing which has a lot of play and see if that helps.

Other than that my Jeep was great! It even got 20-25 mpg on the way back because I had to drive so slow

Nice tj, I'm in high school too, I see you live in Brea? I use to live there too. What exactly did you do to the interior because it looks better than from the pic from when you first bought it.?

Haha oh, I wanna do something with my interior cuz I have a ripped drivers seat, no stereo, it didn't even have carpet. And since my tj didn't come with doors either I bought them after and the door panels don't match the dash lol

same here. I'm trying to do all the research to learn how to do it. What size tires are you running? Cause with a locker that Dana 35 prob won't last too long...
