Just to bring it up again from the depths of the thread... here is my alignment sheet from July. Clayton correctly commented that adjustable arms would make a huge difference with the caster angle.

Take a smaller drill bit drill thru the center, keep going up in sizes until your almost the size of the bolt, easy out with a reverse thread easy out, take a tap or thread chaser and clean them up, remember to use a lot of oil. anti seize the new bolts.

If you are planning on going Long Arms in the front, now is the time!!! Lol
You will probably spend 75% of the cost to go long arms on just the curries
But in all honestly, I ran SA's for a long time and was happy with them, so it's really up to you
Short arms do give nice clearance though
Long arms in the front at least are the way to go if you are going to dd your rig
You can always go long arm rear later
And I have no clue what that guy was talking about either

I think I'm going to stick with short arm. I see no reason now or in the future to be long, and should the event ever arise, Curries hold their value and could resell for at least 50-75% of what I bought them for, so I'm not worried there.
CrawlingForward and I are doing a dry steering test today, and then I'll be ordering the Currie upper and lowers from Northridge.

The big problem I had with my short arms is they kept eating bushings due to the angle, jacking also ended up ovaling the holes out, I ended up welding 1/4" thick washers to the holes
That fixed it
But then the rebuild came so now I'm going either 3 link, radius arms, or maybe leaf spring front idk yet
Still working on that plan

Finally did it. Horray for me. New front end. Let's hope this solves my problems!

Not only will your Jeep go in a straight line, but the ride will be soo much comfier as well. I only have JJ's on my axle housing, and that brought up the comfort level of my Jeep by at least 20%. I can't imagine what adding six JJ's will do.

You're right! I'm VERY excited about this.
Luckily, I've had 12+ hour work days for the past few days (driving the Audi) so the shipping time hasn't seemed that bad. Being an AmazonPrime guy, I am spoiled often by 2 day shipping for free. They shall be delivered on Wednesday afternoon, which is fine, as I won't get around to installing them till this weekend. Hopefully it won't be a huge production to get them in place. Maybe a few of us can meet up in the garage again for the hour it'd take to install them? Saturday or Sunday, it matters not to me.
I seriously can't wait to be able to drive it again.

I always keep checking UPS tracking when I have a package en route. We figured at least 7 days for delivery.
