Damn I can't do it. I need to finish painting the kitchen. Let me know about the next one. I'm itching to get out. It's been almost 3 years.

For the MTRK, rotate, rotate, rotate. Mine got cupped when I didn't rotate.

Nice, I'd be willing to go after my kids born. Right now it's getting to close to travel that far away from home.

Drove the Jeep to Town Fair this morning, and no sooner did I get home (rode my bike) than the service manager called and said they can mount the tires but not install them on the Jeep, since I run my 1" wheel spacers. I explained that it has been in their bays 5 or so times over the last year to have my A/Ts re-balanced when I pop a bead, and that there has never been an issue in the past. Guy's cool about it and all, and is calling the regional safety manager to ask. Their claim is that Jeeps are "high risk for wheels falling off, and spacers only make it worse". I explained that I've been running them for over a year with no issue, and that they're torqued appropriately.

We'll see. Not sure where this leaves me if they won't put them on the Jeep. I honestly asked if I could sign an affidavit saying I understand the risk and don't hold them liable.

Follow up: signing a waiver that if the wheels fall off it's not their fault. Proceeding with the mount/balance/installation.

Glad you're getting them mounted in time for Sunday. You couldn't just have them mount/balance the tires and then throw them on your jeep when you get home? Does that town fair do road force balancing?

That'd require a second set of wheels my friend. And yeah I think they do road force.

Packing to head up to New Hampshire. SaxManClay is co-piloting, and it's only 5 rigs in total so hopefully it's a good day!

I think you know you're of a special kind when you pack a quart of 10w-30 in your cooler.

Ryan,

How you doing buddy!? Good to see you still wheeling man! Veda looks amazing by the way, great looking rig! Now that I have a new position in the company, I will have money to do some upgrades and start wheeling! Hopefully we will meet each other at work or on the trails soon! Talk to you later bud!

Here is my brother's account with all of the pictures he snapped...he didn't get to go through them and delete duplicates or bad photos so beware there are TONS of pictures in there. The pictures also start at the end, so the first pictures you see are the end of the trip and work themselves backwards

http://www.flickr.com/photos/100493889@N05/page1/

Edit: He got a little lazy towards the end of the day that's why the first couple pages are almost all JK/LJ. You've gotta get to page 4 and on to see the other 2 TJ's
