Looks good Ryan! I'm glad it fit. Don't you have a battery tie down?

Embarrassed to admit that my stock one had rusted seized and was unusable when I went to T&Ts. The fit is tight in there so I honestly haven't gotten a new bracket yet, but after installing it and the two of you commenting, I'll have to go find one at a Junk yard or something.

In other news I did some awesome electrical work today... pics to come tomorrow

Here we go.... the Rigid Industries SR-10" Hybrid Spot/Flood Combo. 3,200 lumens and over 1/4 mile of usable light output.

I got this on sale over the holidays for $250 delivered. I went with the spot/flood combo so that it could be useful in both scenarios. As I explained a while back, my interest in LED really appeared after the trip to Old Florida Road in October where I needed to leave the Jeep running in order to light our campsite. Since these LEDs draw less than 2 amps, I could leave them on for hours without turning the Jeep on. This solves that problem.

The bar is gorgeous, smooth, and truly a work of art. I took it out hoping it would mount right up to the stinger light tabs on the front bumper, but unfortunately it was a little too big. I looked around and figured out a second option that would require some welding/fabbing, but that ended up working out perfectly. The large brackets they shipped it with were almost the exact size of the winch fairlead mounts, so I bend up and drilled some 90 degree angle tabs that I then welded to the stock bracket. This allowed me (after a little test fitting) to get the light mounted up right over the winch, under the stinger, and out of direct impact/harm's way.

Wiring was done to my existing electrical box, and is now occupying the 6th of 6 switches on my dashboard.

I used this the first night it was mounted up and HOLY ***** is it BRIGHT. Man oh man. I haven't done any artsy/accurate night photography of it, but rest assured it's coming. There's one now to humor you, but rest assured this bar is awesome.

Oh thats bad***. I'm going to have a tough time resisting the urge to buy a 10" light bar once I have a winch too. When I bought my metalcloak bumper I got the "dendro lightbar" and never mounted it. It would look weird though with no winch and just the light bar. Did you see the dually floods my brother gave me for christmas?

So they would not fit on your light tabs... or you didn't like them there?

Very cool. I will have one coming soon

Great looking stuff there... but dude... straighten up that winch cable

Harvo, the light is wider than the light tabs on the stinger, and I didn't feel like bending the tabs to make it work. Also looked at welding them on in different positions. I ultimately decided that where it is now is both out of harms way, relatively hidden if you're not looking for it, and easily removable in the event it needs to be worked on. Absolutely worth the purchase. There's also a new guy on the forum who is selling LED stuff at a GREAT price compared to Rigid, if you wanted to take a look: Extreme Offroad Lighting.

As far as the winch cable........ gah, I know. I've been meaning to, but I don't have my tow straps anymore (lost them on a wheeling trip) and haven't been able to hook it to a phone pole or anything to wind it correctly. I'll have to get on that though.
