My First Jeep

hey guys just picked up my first jeep, and love it so far ive always been a chevy guy but always had a thing for jeeps so i kept my truck and picked up my new rig for $300 bucks haha rust free besides a small spot on the quarter. truck runs great and tranny shifts great. 130k miles on it too..all it needs is an exhaust,hood release cable and a set of mt's .. ill have to get better picks of it later on but heres a few

lol yea thanks guys, i bought it off of some guy that was in bad shape with his landlord so he just wanted to get rid of it... when i bought it, it looked like someone had been living in it for a year or something there was honestly 100-150 soda bottles/cans, old news papers,books,about 400 empty ciggarette packs and just garbage everywhere it was bad lol but cleaned it all out and it didnt come out bad.

Thanks alot guys just found a set of used 33's for 150 bucks... what kind of lift am i looking at to fit 33's? my friends stock 90 fit 31's stock but it was STUFFED. you guys think a 2in would be big enough to get them on there? if not ill probably keep looking for a set of 31's

No, maybe a 2 or 3" if you hacked the fenders. Think more like 4" and maybe some trimming from what I have seen. I'd check out the XJ forum to see some of the setups that guys run on their cherokees.

yea thats what i figured, thanks. im not looking to go that big YET so i think im just gonna stick with getting 31's for now.

31's and a 2" BB would be a good setup to start with. Or you could go with 30x9.5's with no lift or a 2"BB.

my jeep has 3.5, and 33's the back tire is gettin chewed up by the back fender, so make sure you either 1. go bigger on the lift, smaller on the tires or cut away, or bang up the fenders. ive been meaning to do so, but havent gotten to it yet.also up front, use wrangler flares, they work well for clearence
