alot of mom's take pictures of the jeep with their kids in front of it, and my wife always jokes " dont take a picture with a digital camera, it wont come out"
it useualy takes about 5 seconds for them to get it, but sadly, some dont get it at all. America is getting more ignorant by the second and it a shame.

after owning several leaf sprung jeeps including a cj8 scrambler with a shackle reversion kit, I have to say my TJ rides far better than any of them on road. with the sway bar disconected, they seem better off road, however in michigan we dont need the articulation that all the magazines tout.
tj/yj/cj there is no such thing as a bad jeep. the only bad jeeps are ones that just sit.

I have done some more small mods to my jeep this spring, and I will have to post them on photo bucket when I have time.

Spring 09 updates

Driving lights and guards added, blackout light added. Chrome removed from the grill. Removable Anti decapitation device added to the tow bar (tow bar added fall 2008) Rear spreader bar added to the rollbar. Forged lift rings added, rear backup light and guard added. Removable Parade flag mount added. Brackets added for putting up a digital Camo net/shade when parked.
The WWII jeep grille will require massive amounts of metalwork to be able to be grafted into the front of my wrangler.

I bought it semi localy from a large army navy surplus that has it truck shiped.
I paid more per gallon but less the the additional shiping at the "bend me over rate"

finaly got a spare mounted, I cut and welded the stock bracket to fit the 33" tire and also mounted a 2" red led marker light for a cmtl. now I am "legal"
I am still tring to figure out how I want to mount my high lift jack.
