I have been unable to spend any time working on the Jeep this week due to being extra busy with work after the long weekend! Hoping to get a little garage time next week and see if I cant hammer out the rest of the rust repair so I can get to the fun part...Stretching!!!

well still no garage time but I scored a sweet deal on a pair of brand new bestop upper half doors for a TJ! Now I just have to modify the tj frames to fit the yj door!

Well my well pump decided that I needed to part with a bunch of money and quit working, sooo jeep parts will be on hold for a couple weeks while I recover from this unexpected expense.....
calling the well driller in the am and hoping they can come out and fix it right away. Not having water SUCKS!

This is kind of my dream, right here. I love my spartan YJ, but love the LJ wheelbase look.

The well pump wasn't nearly as expensive to fix as I had expected! I figured it would cost 1-2k to fix. Only ended up costing $630! The old pump actually had broken apart right where it came into the water pipe! Installer said it looked as though the well driller overtightened the fitting. Things are good now with a nice new myers pump!

Do you have a build thread for the "Project Un-Wrecked" Rubicon?
