Ok so when i got my yj it had a 3" bl and bald 32/11.50 dayto timberline ats on it
First thing i did was sway bar discos
Then i added some 33/12.50 mud tires and trimmed the flares so the ia no more rubbing even off road.

Welcome to the YJ world! Do you have a list of mods for the winter, if any?

Im not sure if you are familiar with the yj yet but the first peace of advise i give you is return your disco's and get your money back, then just remove your sway bar and track bar. you dont need them and it will preform much better without them. Good luck with the build!:2thumbsup:

Well i got it a little muddy.
Also have a rear bumper and some sliders in the works for after xmas. Should be getting a hookup on the materials to make them

Well small update got me some grab handles for my roll bar may not seem like much but it makes a huge difference getting in and out. Ill post pics in the morning when there is better light. So for now just a random pic.

responder 12-23-2012 07:53 AM

What brand of handles did you get?

nismo_2005 12-23-2012 08:06 AM

Classic guard gear. I picked them up at the local tractor supply. The fit is not to bad. Kinda a pain in the *** to get them on if you have roll bar pads like i do. If i did not have the pads they would have went on super easy.

They look great and I bet they do the job!

nismo_2005 12-23-2012 08:34 AM

They seem decent enough i am 165lbs and i swung from both of them. And they normally dont need to hold up to your whole body weight but i will keep everyone posted on how they do

Got some rope and braided it to make a flashlight holder

Thinking about remaking it with paracord
