I am still running OTK I can get you measurment but I don't think it will help you, as I am running stock replacement tre's. I would seriously mock it up with pvc then cut the dom when you got it. My drag link tube without the tre's in is 25", just for reference purposes.

So I started tearing down the jeep for the 1 ton steering setup. Since I had it torn down I decided to cut and grind down the track bar mount off the axle, does any one have any take on driving with out a steering stabilizer? Any ways I will be dropping the knuckles and pitman arm off in the morning!

You could just get a steering stabilizer kit for a Cj. It has a built that mounts to the axle and one that mounts to the tie rod. I would imagine you'd have some vibrations with the size tire you're running and no stabilizer.

I was reading that they are a band aid for other problems and that you shouldn't need one.........how ever they could be wrong haha, I have never fryer to drive with out one before so I don't know what to expect!

A steering stabilizer is just that it keeps the steering from being as dodgy. without it those little pulls you already feel, are much bigger pulls.

Yes they are a bandaid, to a stock jeep, but your 37s should have enough sidewall flex that that bandaid would be helpfull.

Now that I see your new avatar I'm less excited about becoming a Washingtonian House sold, moving truck the 15th and I should be in my diggs for the summer

For what it's worth, and it's not much, I am not running a stabilizer. Things are just fine for me. I've never felt like it needed one. Goes down the high/freeway just fine. I'm not sure that we're comparing apples to apples though. I'm coil sprung and have a bit more wheelbase.
