yeah it is easy to do it with it still the rig, My buddy helped me with mine and the only reason we did't do it with it in the jeep was because we didt have a lift to put it on and didt feel like laying on the ground to do it lmao!

Also if you're a 6'2" girly man like me, it's hard to bench press / suspend the transfer case in one hand and tighten the bolts in your other hand.

Kudos putting it in on the jeep. I had to pull it myself.

Oh I forgot to say my new mode fork for the tcase should be here by weds so I should have it back on the rd by the end of the week and as fare as quick update goes I have my new half doors prepped and wet sanded and will be dropping the doors off to get color matched at the end off the week and I also forgot to say that I have a ssl f1200m amp and a 10 kicker cvr in a down fire box to put in the jeep! I can't wait to hear and complete my sound system!

So I painted my doors today! I was going to have a pro do them but every were I check the wanted 200 a door to paint them, so I went with the 80 dollar option and had the jeep paint matched (jeep flame red) and then had them make me a couple rattle cans with it! I think it turn out ok! It's far from perfect but it is good enough for me anything was better than white or black ! What do you guys think?

Great job! What kind of prep did you do to the door before you painted? Did you shoot a clear too?

It was a single stage enamel that was in a rattle can!

so I got the jeep back together! to make the 2low work right we had to trim back the mode fork rod because of it being a vacuum disconnect axle and also had to remove the bracket that make you kick the tcase shifter side to side to get it in and out of neutral! the 2low works great now and cant wait to try it out on sat. I also installed my sub and amp and I love it, it really completes the sound of the system!

So after driving it today it decided to start leaking gear oil from the tranny! It was leaking right where the tcase mates to the tranny go figure! So I had to pull the tcase out yet again haha! I threw some rvt there and got her back together we will see tomorrow if that did the trick! On he bright side I can remove the tcase in a hour start to finish and that includes topping off he fluids practice hake perfect!

Your half doors look really good man! considering you did it with a rattle can. Way cheaper than spending tons of money to have someone else do it. I did the exact same thing with my fender. Went to Industrial Finishes and they got me some really close matching paint.

You have some really great wheeling pictures

I did the same thing to both of my rear shock mounts. It might not have even been a rock. You could have done it be bottoming out the suspension hard. I ordered the M.O.R.E lower mounts and would suggest them. They were fairly cheap and very beefy.
