You've seen Jason's home built version haven't you? Pretty much identical but he's only in it his time and under $50.00 in material....

Cheers

And the pinion is at a 19 degree angle

So I figure a 4 degree shim should get me real close right???? Haha
Z if you need um ive got almost new 6* or lightly used 8* shims I would sell you cheap
Needed them when I was running the turdy 5 the 6*`s weren't enough for the lift with stock perch`s !

No it swings down.

The pics on my phone make it look right to my eye. Just a tad below dead nuts straight which is what you want...

Not to mention 7* shims will be like 5/8" thick! That's a lot of lost lift and weird pressure on your ubolts, ect..

When/how are you getting vibes?

Cheers
I am getting vibs on take off and cruise!

It turned out super pro looking though!

They can't be hard to build. Some tube work, two hinge points, and two latch points. Boom less than 24 hours worth of work.

Exactly. I think his first one took him maybe two 8-9 hour days total, including a bit of drafting on paper the rough angles/dimensions/etc.

His second one he banged out in like 12 hours start to finish since most of the hard part (figuring out all the angles/measurements) was done already from the first one.

I bet he could start building them in 5-8 hours total with practice and a solid game plan.

Cheers

Today I had a my exhaust worked on, had a tailpipe bent and welded in and also added a torque strap added up by the cat (the mount that goes in the tranny mount!) http://youtu.be/af5Zv_Ai8V8. And on Monday after I put money in the back (I sold my rear bumper for 550 today) I plan on ordering the rear cage kit and the bar for 5 point harness..........thoughts on this rear cage well minus the side bar in the pics!

Looks good. The post is all messed up for me for some reason though? Which cage is that? And I can't remember what you used for the front? I'm researching my own options for cage mods and trying to lock in what I'm going to do right now...I want to do a cage as one of the first things this time around.

Oh and do you miss being 2" lower or are you happy with your COG still? I'm having a reeeeeally hard time getting over wanting to keep things super low this time. With what I have planned I'll probably end up with 4" suspension and 1" bl on 35s which is 2" more than I was last time....

Cheers

Yeah I am loving my new height, it leaves room for growth (in the tire department)! I am running the trail-gear rock defense front sport cage.......the rear I posted pics up of is the senerygy rear cage!
