Hopefully that's not the case with your stuff. I can't remember since it's been about a month since I've looked at this, but what flares did you use? Genright, correct?
Thanks!

Yeah I ordered the sleeves and c gussets around 6 months ago. I was going to build up another YJ d30, but decided to use the Cherokee instead. The sleeves and gussets will fit both. So far in pleased with the EVO quality, but the true test will be how the install. I already slid them in to test fit and they slid in nicely.

I bought the smittybilt flares before they went up in cost. I've decided that down the road I'm going to replace them with genright aluminum. I was really impressed with my genright gas tank so I think their flares will be just as good. No reason to get rid of the smittybilts yet, have to say they are excellent quality, fit well, strong, and I've already beat the snot out of them on some rocks do they are holding up really well.

That D30 looks good. I'm interested to see how the sleeve installation goes.

Getting nervous yet?

Well I already had a welder, but I got a plasma cutter. Pretty cool, need to learn how to use it, may have to read some instructions.

Knocked the knuckles off and ready to remove the ball joints. Gonna rent a remover from autozone. Going to replace them with syntergy units. The upper ones didn't look or feel to bad, but the bottom ones are slop. Also removed all bearing cups and seals except the inner tube seals. They actually look to be in very good condition and debating replacing them.

Looking good.

I got my new u-bolts on and I also found out that unit hub bearing you gave me is shot. The tire had A LOT of movement. I will probably pick a new one up in a few days.

Sweet, well at least it was a spare you could use, didn't know if it was good or not, let me know how much you pay for one.
