Put some more welds on those gussets. Mainly at the part where I see the two pieces are not welded.

The gussets don't sit right up against the tubes. I'd be welding air. I'm going to figure out something.

Not the back of the gussets, just the place where the tube meets the sides, coming off the knuckle.

Same thing, I'll have to take a few closer shot pictures to explain

Ball joints in. Pain in the butt to do on the ground but I made it happen.

Yeah it was definitely not fun. Maybe it would have been easier if I had a set of adapters specifically for the jeep, but can't pass up on auto zones rented tools. Thanks!

Well not much I can do until I get a bearing press. I bolted up the ring gear to the eaton e locker. I also ordered the special bearings and shims that the locker requires. Pain in the butt, but it will do. Ordered an extra set of bearings to make some setup bearings.

You sir, are on the path to success.

I got a TJ pitman arm in the mail and my relocation bracket sitting on the table. Still have my roll cage in the living room. Probably need to do the cage first.

Yeah roll cage first. Then bracket, then Pitman arm.
