My 78 CJ-7

Purchased it back a couple months ago. Had no interested in it when I first looked at it but once I drove it I was Jeep bitten. This is my 2nd Jeep, my first was a '95 Jeep YJ.

1978 CJ-7
304 w/3 speed tranny. I do believe it has a lift on it just not sure what size yet.

First time ever doing any type of bodywork, so don't beat me up too bad if you spot something I did wrong. I watched hours of youtube videos and set out on my new adventure. Here are some shots of the rust cut out. I am going to put one section of rust up at a time.

After 3 coats of primer, I laid down some Summit Racing single stage white paint

I also sanded and repainted all the black accessories, step bars and bumpers. Here is the final project so far. I have since applied the Jeep black sticker over the lettering.
