Ok... so it's been like 300 miles, give or take.

I must say, the suspension feels real good! It's jsut a bit stiffer than stock which i like.
I did go through and retork everything last weekend...the front swaybar links needed tightening but thats it.

I DID identify a squeak in the passenger's side front going over bumps....my air box was loose.
Whew! I was worried for a while on that one....glad I found it.

This weekend I am installing my AA TC Linkage Bracket. I am planning on taking a bunch of picks for this mod.
Can't wait to get rid of that damn knocking noise at my feet!

I also ordered a Steering Stabilizer from Rough Country. I also ordered an adjustable front Track Bar from Rusty's... I wish I would have ordered the RC one or the JKS one though. When will I learn to stop tryin to save a penny when it comes to major upgrades????

Nice work, show pics of the shifter area where you had to file... Did you need to shift the console and does the boot cover it all? Was also told you could get some movement out of the T case after you bolt the t case drop in to help with that...

No Problem! I have been meaning to get some pics of that! I have been bad about lack of pics with this build. This weekend Im installing the AA Bracket for the transfer case linkage. I'm going to get a bunch of pics and write up the process.

Pic of My Shifter Bezzel "Mod"

I had to file my Shifter Bezzel back after my TC Drop, Here's a pic of what it looks like: The spot I'm pointing to, was actually filed down almost a half inch!

nice work on the pic

So all you had to modify was the plastic bezel around the shift boot? You didn’t need to file back the metal on the floor....

jeep looks good man... How is the ride with those 2.2's?

I did have to cut the "cover" that's under the console and mounted directly to the tub. It covers the hole in the tub and has a thick rubber boot. I had to cut the boot and cut back the plastic to that as well... that wasnt cosmetic though because its covered by the console, etc.

I didn't know what to do about the gaping hole under there... so I cut some pieces of thick foam block and put them around the shifter to act as noise filter. It worked for now.

The 2.2's are fantastic. I like them better than stock.
