Sweet.

I realized that when you add a stiff bumper out back, and the body is still weak, you get LOTS of creaking in the rear. I hope they help.

Aw man if I would have known you had to pay that much for brakes, I would have offered to get you some and ship them to you, I can get backing plates and calipers for $50 here.

Yesterday-

Went to Napa and got all my brake parts.
Pads/rotors for an 01 jeep xj
Pads/rotors for a 95 zj
Ebrake shoes and hardware for a 95 zj.

I just need to grind out the zj hole, and install them.

I have just read every post here and I am in love with your XJ. Did you start off knowing what you were doing or did you have a ton of help? I am in college but have a decent job and I really want to turn my dd xj in an offroad hybrid. Any tips on what to start off with?

Start a separate thread in the "Jeep Registry" section as a build thread. Include specs and pictures. You will get ALL the help you could ever need there
