i highly suggest looking into a smaller more specialized company when you want to upgrade. while RC makes low cost products they give up a lot of performance on the trails to companies like rock krawler, clayton, iron rock ect

They make great lifts but their a little out of my price range, it sucks being a student going to college lol. But alot of my buddies are running the 4.5 kit with the x-flex control arms and are extremely pleased with it. But im not buying a new kit till these tires wear out so maybe i can save up enough for a high quality lift.

Well i just ordered my new rock crawler street lock rims last night so they should be here for christmas! Next on the list is swaybar disc. and differential covers for front and rear axles. Im also saving money for either a flowmaster or a dynomax exhaust. Im hoping to re-gear my gears soon too, what would be a good ratio for a dd and moderate off roading?

Nice build you've got there.

Good moderate gearset would be 3.73, since it's a DD. For the suspension upgrade, I recommend Iron Rock.

Know how that is. Hell, I'm not even a student and I feel like I'm on a student budget.

Merry christmas everybody! Hope everyones having a good holiday. Well yesterday i put on my $80 k&n cold air intake and could definatly tell a difference in hp, and it also sounded alot better. This morning when i woke up there was 4 15x8 black rock crawler streetlocks under the tree from 4wd.com!! Also they sent me alot of stickes with them! My grandparents also got me a turtle wax cleaning kit for the outside of the jeep, and engine degreaser for the engine, also a new filter for the cold air intake. So tomorrow i go to get the rims put on, and my safari rack fog lights re-wired. Now i have to start saving up to get rid of this rc lift, and get either a rubicon express, iron rock, or rock krawler lift.
