NICE ride, what kind of shackles are those, I think I the same came with mine, and I'm trying to find out how much lift they are.

Thats a nice looking jeep. How you like that winch, i saw in another post that you got it for christmas. I dont really like the look of the no flare in the back but your jeep makes it look nice. Good Work.

Thanx man, Nut if you want to know how much lift you have through your shackles measure your shackle, from bolt to bolt, and divide that number by 2... My shackles are a 4in shackle so I have a total lift of 2in... from the bottom of your jeep (rocker panel to ground) stock hight is 18in... you can also measure that way to get your over all lift, I hope I was some help

Yea I didnt know if I would like the look or not either, but I went for it, and you get more tire clearance, and it doesnt look to bad...

But I love the winch... Got me out every time, and it will pull 8ft, in one min... its great

Stock shackles are 4" center-to-center. If you measure yours out at 5", it means that it gives you 1/2" of lift. If it measures at 6", it gives you 1" of lift. If you measure it at 7" it gives you 1 1/2" of lift.

If you can measure them at 8" - then take them off - they are more of a danger than a help.

I'm sorry your right... I had it in my head, but wrote something completely different... Mine do measure 8in bolt to bolt, But they work for me, and im able to get full flex with 31's with the right bump stops installed... I have had no problem with them... To each is there own

Yea, try that with Florida/GA mud... doesn't cut it. You literally have to scrub it off or else it leaves your paint looking all foggy.
