Under seat tank... and the more I work on this the more It will likely only see light trails. I have the YJ for the tear it up stuff. If I put different axles under this one then I might take it on harder stuff.

If I change them I will be using Waggy QT D44's and Hummer H1 wheels adapted to fit, thanks though

That would give me a reason to 4 link the rear and SOA the front. Probably outboard the springs too If I do it.

It would also keep with the military theme, and give me some flex...

I kinda want to play with it like this for a couple years (aside from some 34x9.5's)

My tub is solid now, no holes, but it is so tweaked I have layered filler down the right side trying to flatten it out and while it has taken shape, I have had to feather it all the way up to the freaking cowl to get it remotely smooth, and I still am not done.... not to mention all the sanding of it

On the other hand Adam did an excellent repair of the wheelhouse for me.

As it sits now... Weird looking at it and realizing I just put plates and insurance on it...

You should take that Plate to the Secretary of states and see if you can getit as a historic plate and use it. I have heard that you can do that in Mi. Or get those Numbers on a vanity plate and put that one on the front.

Already done... I have a regular plate on it right now though as the historic plate has to be done through Lansing and mailed in, NOT SOS. The process takes about 3 weeks. I have the forms filled out, but I will mail it in June when the plate that is on it is about to expire. Techincally you are not supposed to drive it all the time with the 1946 plate too... the loophole is it allows for mechanical testing.

The historic plate will be a lifetime plate when I do it.
