There is a chrome CJ grill on one wall, a YJ windshield frame turned into a mirror on another, tonka jeep toys on the entertainment center, jeep pictures framed, a metal jeep sign on a wall, metal jeep signs above the windows, the article from JP with the flatty is framed on one wall, I have a broken r&P from the D35 in the YJ made into a doorstop, I have the smoked cam from my 355 that is going to hang above the door when the trim is done... and I know a bunch of other stuff...

Oh yeah, I am building the blown 225 V6 from this 2A into a coffee table

It looks a lot more tasteful then it sounds It is definitely not done all redneck

Sounds kinda like my place. My HotWheels and Matchbox cars (Jeeps and 4x4's) are lined up along a half-wall. I have a dozen different 1:18 scale Jeeps ...

.. and plastic glue-together models (MB, CJ, ZJ .. etc), and a YJ fold-n-tumble rear seat turned into a couch - driver / passenger seats turned into gaming chairs .. and all kinds of fun stuff like that

Thanks for the props... Snowfari 2009 Pics!

RenegadeII was also there... He got me hooked and encouraged me to stick with the old iron.

Some pics of the winch mount that did not get finished for the run... even a little built in protection for the motor. Had to offset the winch a few inches because of the raised PS box... I blew a breaker in the garage and the neighbor had already gone to bed and I didn't want to wake her to get it flipped.

We have 90% of the mount done though.

Just got back from another trail cleanup. There is WAY too much dumping that happens, our area (1 out of 10) filled 3 - 30 yd dumpsters and it didn't look like we dented the problem. Spent Friday night at Adams (till 12:30) finalizing stuff for the cleanup, and then he couldn't go We got a lot done though

mounted and wired winch
mounted and wired CB
Mounted Ultimate Air tank
re-indexed pitman arm
modified bumper and mounted fairlead

I was able to make it up though and found out the XRC8 will pick up the front of my jeep

Winch works great for loading and unloading the trailer...

Loaded!

Really looking like a rig now.

Big brother?

Jacob,

Where does your suspension sit as of now? I saw your early pics had those tall shackles on it. Now that you've built yours, do you think a stock CJ5 suspension would look even remotely close to a 2a when it was done?
