Trails never look as steep in picture , that being said I would hate to see this in person ! Holy cow that looks rough .

It was nuts. I posted that picture to give a little perspective on how steep it really was.

So Winona (my jeep) is getting a 7" stretch this winter. Not sure if I'm going to just get the longer arms from rock krawler or build a new 4 link myself yet. I'll post up some of my ideas later today.

RCI fuel cell ordered Friday.

New Evo axle sleeves. New welder to burn them in with. Hobart MVP 210. And some new body damage to inspire me to buy new corner armor.

What corner armor are you leaning towards ? And the Evo Sleeves look stout , they have crossed my list a few times but other things keep taking their place .

For corner armor I was thinking of getting aluminum blanks from savvy. Not sure yet. I like comp cut but i can get away with not doing it I will.

No I did not make it up the gate keeper. It's very steep and takes a whole lot of commitment. Once my drivers rear tire fell in that hole my passengers front lifted a couple feet and wasn't coming back down anytime soon.

Thanks guys ill try to get to uploading the rest of the pictures tomorrow and my cousin just sent me a zip of lots off cool high res pictures from when we went to OFR a while back.

Same thing happened to me last time I was there, almost flopped, but then I backed out of it and just did my normal line. Wheelbase makes such a difference it crazy. We had a guy in a JKU open/open just walk up it.

Great build thread.
Build threads like these give the rest of inspiration to build kick *** rigs. That look so natural.

Thanks kelso! I've waited a long time to start my new build. I think I sold my xj in 04 or so and have been wanting another jeep ever sense.
