Sounds good. Hi line or reg? If you got zero flares, I might say I knew a jeep that was your twin.

non hi-line for now. as busy as things are getting for me its getting tougher to find time to work on the jeep, making non hi-lines worth it for now.

Definitely post some pics! That's the basic design I'm going to try and follow to make my tubes.

I think I picked up the last set of zero flares last year. They were built sooo much nicer than my old smitty builts. Plus they weigh nothing

started on the the front grill/ tube fender project. the grill was sanded, primed, and then hit with rustoleum bed liner. i like how the rustoleum sprays much better than some other similar products i have used. it sprays like a a normal paint and isn't too spattery.

still wet

Freed up a few hours after work today to get some things done. In order to finish my tube fenders I needed to get my grill back on, but while I had my grill off I decided to redo my power steering cooler since my other one wasn't fastened too well.

I decided to get a derale aluminum finned cooler and mount it on the center "V" brace behind the grill. I made a bracket out of 2" aluminum bar.

my worst fear came to life last night when i was working on the tube fenders.

the frame is bent so bad that the fenders will not fit

i have been talking to a family friend who has a body shop so he is up to speed on everything and has taken a look at the jeep before i tried to install the fenders. so it is inevitably going to spend some time at the body shop.
