Notched the Rubicon Express cross member

No more exhaust or t-case rubbing

I never did put up pictures of the long arms

It's been about 200 miles on the new kit so I went threw and was checking to make sure all the bolts and nuts were still tight

I found 2 (driverside and passengers side same bolt) loose bolts

When I loosen it the bolt it backs out, when I tighten it gets snug then just spins. What should I do about that?

I dropped my jeep off at the local jeep dealership this morning because of a small leak, that turned out to be the rear main seal, and a drowning noise in 4wd and that turned out to be my front drive shaft. :-/ let's hope my warranty covers that rear main deal! My only worry is that they won't because it's a gasket.

I recieved a phone call from Lithia Jeep yesterday. They brought in a 3rd party inspector to look at my jeep. The warranty company is going cover the rear main seal, head gasket and vavle cover gasket. Best part is that i only have a 50$ deductible

Motor #2 from the warranty company!!!

Hey man love the jeep! Im building my second jeep now, 6.5 with 33s and adding better parts once the rough country gives out, and painting it silver. How do you find those flat fender flares? did you hit them off anything yet? i heard they rip thru the mounting holes easily. I really want them for mine once i get my jeep built

They're bushwacker flat flares. They seem pretty sturdy. Only time will tell!
