Buy low, sell high!

Nice goin' here Josh. XJ is coming along well.

Thanks man!

I actually got a letter from the local dealership telling me they would buy my Cherokee from me. I guess they had many people asking for them at the dealer and they wanted to find some good condition XJs. Mine was in their system so they sent me a letter saying they were looking for Cherokees and would give me a GREAT deal on a new Chrysler product. I was like yeah how bout NO.

I've done too much work to my Jeep to sell it. I'm just going to drive it until the wheels fall off, then put the wheels back on and drive it some more.

No updates for the Jeep yet, but I did do some garage mods.

My buddy got me a Mopar clock for the garage for my birthday!

Also:

The Duplicolor Bedliner I used on the doors was CRAP. It started flaking off really bad, even with proper prep according to the can.

I took a wire wheel to it and used Rustoleum bedliner. It seems much better, so we will see how long it lasts.

I hate fixing things, but I hate fixing things twice even more.

Yo Josh!

My Inbox is way too full to delete messages, so I'm gonna ask this here.

I saw you do small engine repair? I really want to get into that for extra money and just to learn in general. Do you recommend any books I could read to start off?

If you want to e-mail me my email is: joshua.mindek@uconn.edu

I don't know of any books, I learned through my high school which had a small engine mechanics program.

I highly recommend going on youtube and looking up user "donyboy73". He has lots of videos explaining small engine repair, and is very helpful.

The three most important things with small engines are:
1. Spark
2. Fuel
3. Compression

I'm planning on making a video soon explaining how to look for these things. I do it as a hobby/side business just through word of mouth.
