Thanks, I like it too. I'm excited to see how the tires do at 4-5 psi.

MTR's are so flexy that they will be almost flat at 4 psi, takes some work to keep them torqued at 20ft/lbs don't they?
You mist a most excellent day of wheelin

Well I'll have to experiment with different pressures then And heck yea I lost count of how many times I went around before I got them all to 20. We'll see how they stay torqued on the road.

I always miss the good stuff

I personally, beadlocked or not, would not run less than 7. At absolute minimum 6. They don't perform well at to low or too high of pressure

I normally run 8-10 and sometimes people ask if I have a flat, they do flex quite a bit. I'm still going to try different pressures though.

Finished the wheels last night.. They look pretty. I didn't mount the monster valves onto these wheels, I didn't want to drill a big hole into such nice wheels

Thanks guys.

Took a quick Sunday trip to a place close to home called Marble Canyon. Nothin crazy, just a nice easy trail. Will make for a nice test course for future mods.

Starting to look like a trailer..

Got the toolbox bolted down to a custom cut plate and fuel can mounts almost built (Just need to fab the strap to hold them down) I looked online for some fuel can mounts and they were $80+, so I built these out of some scrap I had. The toolbox is going to house a battery and some other cool stuff. I have no worries about having enough tongue weight anymore either.

Tailgate is all straightened out and on with new heavy duty hinges. It's just clamped in the photos. I still need to figure out how to attach some tailgate cables, latch and lock it.

Got the floor finally. Went with 14ga diamond plate.

Also made a secondary standard ball coupler.

And here's the hitch at it's shortest and longest lengths. I think I'll be good

A few little odds and end to finish with all that stuff. After that I think I'm ready to start building the lid.
