Funny thing is I find all this crap not even looking for it. I've been browsing CL looking for an old beat up Willys or CJ to restore to factory condition and come across all this stuff for real good deals.

Should be sweet on the LJ. Tested it out and it works really good, not as fast as my 9.5TI but it will do the job great.

Nice, when I got my 9.5ti the seals failed and it rusted crazy bad on the inside. Motor worked but everything else needed to be rebuilt. Thats why I cover it now.

Here's where we are at on the new sway bar brackets. They are really nice and a piece of cake to install. I bent the swaybar bracket on the drivers side 2 years ago so that one took a little longer to get lined up correctly since you use the original brackets to clamp the new ones to.

I just cut the factory sway bar bracket a tad as seen in the photos. I may go back and cut them all the way but it seems like they will be a PITA to remove cleanly.

Today I decided it was time to make sure all the bolts were tight. Good thing I did, they needed it! Especially this one!

It had red loctite and I torqued it to spec. This time I added some more loctite and torqued the ever living piss out of it. If it becomes an issue, I will mount it in double shear. Mounting it in double shear is a bit of work but I think it will be worth it. I already know how I'm going to do it if I end up having to.

Time will tell.

Yup sure does. No way I could run a stocker though.

The way I see it, it gives me an excuse to upgrade the Jeep and spend some garage time.

Is a known issue, I cut the JJ off and used a heim instead in double sheer.

I kinda wanted a double shear trackbar anyway. Never was a fan of single shear. Not a huge fan of heims either, the ones I have experience with squeaked ALOT.
