Thanks guys. It's good to know I have help

Zach and Kevin, if you guys wanna swing by anytime just let me know. A helping hand or someone to BS with while I cut my jeep to pieces is always welcome This weekend I'm not sure how much work I'll actually be getting done on the jeep. I need to do a major cleaning and organizing of my garage and also wash the jeep to prep for surgery.

Tonight I picked up a 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" to use for my belly skid, engine skid, truss and various other brackets. I also got link material for my upper and lower arms for the 4 link and some rectangular tube to back-half the rear section of the frame. I also got some slick UHMW to skin the skids with so my jeep can glide over the rocks

For sale:
- (2) Fabtech fixed lower control arms with flex joints (similar to a JJ) on either end
- Rough country x-flex rear upper CA's
- D35 with 4.88 gears and spare axle shafts
- My custom front bumper/winch plate/ steering box combo
I'll probably have some more stuff to get rid of in the next few weeks. PM me if your interested in anything otherwise I'll list this stuff in the classifieds once I pull them off the jeep.

Should be a fun winter break of cutting, grinding and welding. I'm excited to get started!

I think I'm going to start with the belly skid first. I want the t-case in position before I set the pinion angle on the rear axle and start burning mounts in. So stay tuned, the first project will be the belly up and engine skid

IIRC the bolt pattern and dimensions of the frame changed slightly from the '97-'02 and '03-'06 model years. Go ahead and send me them if you have them handy though, I could be wrong.

Not yet. I just built my front uppers this past summer and right now the front suspension is setup pretty well. I'm happy with it for the time being until I have the time/funds to build a different front axle and 3 link the front.

Sorry, I wouldn't have a clue. I'm not currently in the market for a new engine. I would also assume the difference in price will be huge if your doing all the work yourself or paying a shop to do it for you.

Might be a better question for TJ tech.

I got the jeep washed and the garage mostly cleaned and organized today. I took some fresh "before" photos to have some comparison when I get some "finished" pics.

Looks like I got a little trail rash on the rear flare/corner.

Also, I have no idea how I missed this or didn't notice when it happened but I found some minor trail damage from my last trip. Nothing to lose sleep over but I'm very surprised I didn't feel, hear or see it happen. The one time this year I wheel with the windshield on and this happens

Changed the photos. I just got a new to me DSLR Rebel EOS so I was testing it out today. It takes pretty awesome pics compared to my droid

Which one did you get? I was shopping today for one for my wife. The T3i is tits, but I could buy a whole set of MTR/K's for what they want for that camera.

It's an XTi. It was barely used and came from a family friend for a REALLY good deal with 2 lenses so I couldn't say no It's not as fancy as the T3i though I'm still learning how to use it.

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.
