you may wanna extend the mount pads and doubler plates back much further into the unibody, like past the sway bar mounts u can then use the sway mounts to sandwich the doubler.the way its mounted u will bend the unibody tips then rip your doubler plates out.with the winch mounted on the drop down it applies leverage big time to that joint and will bend the jeep side of things even with a super lite pull,it may even pull the stock bumper brace off.if its just for looks dont sweat it

im using a rc winch mount that mounts the same way but it goes all the way back past the sway mounts so it uses the sway bolts and two doublers per side.ive stuffed it pretty hard already and its holding

Awesome, thanks! well were gona modify the bumper more. I picked up some trial hawk l.e.d. Lights yesturday so were going to retro fit them into the bumper, add.more gussets, and as advised, extend the mounting plates. Then powdercoat and should be done by late friday night.
