A Maine Jeep! Cool! Looks good, too.

If you haven't already, check out Maine4x4.org....there are a lot of people in your area and we go wheeling quite a bit. (I'm sure you'll be wheeling with PV4WD too if you're going to Husson with Bryan.)

Well I was driving back to MA to go to work over Spring Break and almost went off the road not just once but 3 times because of some serious death wobble. I knew the culprit because the mount for the LCA on my driver's side is a little messed up and has been rewelded back onto the axle. Thought I was share some pics of the install

Do the rough country shackles produce any vibes?

I had driveline vibes since the day I bought it. The shackles don't give me any, and they are pretty quiet, if you flex hard you will def hear them squeak a little but I think they are the best 60 bucks I spent

Just ordered my 31/10.50/15 Dunlop Mud Rovers. I'm picking them up hopefully Friday and getting everything mounted and ALIGNMENT done this weekend or sometime next week. I'll def post pics with new tires and rims and a fresh waxing job.

Got the Dunlops on, picked them up wed. in bangor, drove back home this weekend and got everything on and aligned. I was really happy to hear the length of the LCA that CJ7-Tim gave me were apprently dead on. 16inches with a 3 inch lift put the caster in perfect position according to the guy doing the alignment. Only thing was I drove through the crazy snow storm we had here in Maine in APRIL!!! and right before I got to my house hit some really slick road and went into the ditch dad used the POS GMC Envoy to pull me out. Pride took a little hit because (knock on wood) never go off the road, had a ticket, even been in an accident. But I'm including the pics for a little comic relief for y'all.
