From taking off the old bumper to having the new one mounted up I would say about an hour.

It is a ROYAL P.I.T.A. to get the bumper bolted on after you drill your holes you have to reach around behind the rear cross member and line up the holes on the bumper bracket to the holes on the rear crossmember to the holes with the nuts welded on blindly. other than that the rest of the install took about 15 mins.

You could lower the gastank and have a little more room behind the rear cross member but that takes all the fun out of it besides mine was full at the time so I didnt want to mess with it

Is there any way to remove the "LOD" on the rear bumper? Is it a sticker or paint?

Its a sticker and easy to peel off

I got them from my local 4wd shop Ryno4wd they are a Reboxed AR 767 though
