Need your help guys

I'm in the middle of swapping my retired dash. And since im changing it. Im going to the 03+ dash and steering.

Current heck up is the steering wheel. I removed the old one out. Mine is an 01. Replacement is an 03+ steering wheel. So i got the airbag out of the old one. And it goes in the new and fits great. My problem is trying to get the rear two bolts to line up. Also, anyone know if the blanks (for cruise control) would transfer over from my old wheel? I don't see a mounting location for it.

Im gonna pull the dash out tomorrow and install the new one.

Thanks,
Luai

Good question. We used the LJ ones and trimmed accordingly.

Their actually closer to the TJ bolt pattern then the JK.. I think it was off by 0.002 something ridiculously low like that.. there is a link to the wheel thread in my LJ build.

You guys know Saudi for the big sand and extreme heat. Have you seen the other side? if not, then those pics will be very appealing to you. this is about 500miles away from the capital city. where I live.

those pics were not taken by me. although I wish I was there when it rained

Thanks for posting these pics, they show a stunning beauty I did not know existed! However, as much as I enjoy your jeep exploits I think you're even a better ambassador. Thanks for every now and then providing a glimpse of you country and culture.

Good to know.

I might be planning to install Viper steering wheel on my TJ. But, I don't know if it is compatable with the old or new style steering wheel.

WOW. Awesome pictures. Really amazing looking jeeps and very nice terrain. I especially love the look of the two jeeps in the 3rd from last shot. The two of them both with a dirty green color in the canyon. looks really cool
