the wheels are off the Dodge car. there's a thread around here talking about them. I think it's in the early pages of this thread. Tires are Maxxis 900x17 they measure close to 34.5 tall. their also skinny. I have a set of wheels and tires going on it this weekend. I just don't have that much time on my hands to do everything I want.

Don't worry, he still have 4 Jeeps ... .. and some spare parts to build another 2 ..

Are those Rims available locally or did you buy them from Outside. Do they use JK or TJ bolt pattern ??

I'm planning to move my unlimited to 17". Those might work nicely ..

Yea that's my last resort. I like the factory top best. but it looks like I might have to go this way or modify a 4dr top to make it fit.

they fit on a TJ but their designed for the Dodge car. I don't know how you could fit them on a JK

i like the backspacing of those wheels, i hate how cragars ALWAYS sit way past the fenders it looks retarded. Keep the updates coming man looks great! Those tires are interesting are they sand tires?

They are. Not so good on the pavement. But it works.

The color is a light gray. It is temporary. Its also flat.


PSC bumpers installed
Toyo tires installed
Method wheels installed
Winch installed
Softop installed
Seats installed
Cat back exhaust installed
Tuffy center console installed
TL LEDs installed

Still have more parts to install as time permits.

I think you're going to love those TruckLite LED headlights. I installed a set on my LJ, and I think they're as good as the HIDs on my M3 and me wife's X5.

And they work well with my HID offroad lights from Baja Designs. With my old Hella Headlight conversion you couldn't tell if the headlights were on or off when the HIDs were on. But the LEDs are still quite noticable, even with all 4 HIDs on.

I love the light pattern. I find it hard to install the headlight surround part with the 3 bolts. The previous ones were also an issue on my LJ.

Thanks. That's quite a compliment coming from you, knowing what you've built.

I had the same problem with the surrounds but found putting the 3 screws in on an angle works pretty well.
