They are almost a TJ bolt pattern. There is a thread on JF discussing them in details. I run mine with spacers just because my tires are 12.50 wide and like to get stuck on the lower arms

Have you had issues greasing the zerk at the pitman arm? No matter what I do, it shots the grease out.

Did you use the factory tailgate bumps to keep the carrier in place?

There's a thread on here about them somewhere. I believe they're a 5x4.5 bolt pattern but I think the hub bore is slightly different.

Edit: whoops... I'm on mobile and didn't realize Lo had already replied. My bad.

Took the J8 out this weekend. Was good. But surprised to see my front axle shifted to the driver's side a good inch. It only has 2" of lift. Time for an adjustable trackbar.

Is that a home made hardtop? Or one made for the J8, does it have the removable front section.

Looking good

The rear section of the glass belongs to a 2dr the small ones were made for it.

the top shell is out of a 4dr jk. everything else is custom made one of.

I love that the J8 is so unique. Almost none of them out there right? I can't wait to read the J8 build and once again, beautiful scenery shots. Thank you for taking great pictures while off roading.

Haven't been on in some time. Mostly doing tech work on my Jeeps/friend's Jeeps and building and planning trails here.

Here are some pics from our most recent outing. Doing tons of research on installing gears and ARB lockers. seems pretty straight forward. that's next on the list.

and no, this is not MOAB

I know. I took this hood from one of my friend's. he flopped his TJ on the passenger side and ended up doing a highline. It's still red on the inside

TJ Dana 30 ARB locker install

So i'm trying to install a front RD 104 locker on a Dana 30. the ARB manual wants to drill holes in the housing for drainage holes!

http://store.arbusa.com/Assets/PDF/RD104_i.pdf

It's on page (12) Figure 6.

I'm having second thoughts about this, as this D30 does not have any of the holes that were illustrated in Figure 6

Thoughts?
