No idea, should not matter much, all the single rear wheel full floaters are the same width. I believe it's out of a bread truck, but am not sure about it.
I got it in a trade from a friend who got it from a wrecking yard.
As long as you shop for one with a 10.5" ring gear you should be good to go.
Easy to distinguish, they have the diamond shaped looking rear cover.

It actually tows this jeep better than flat towing my little Jeep.
Flat towed the Yellow one to Moab, 700 miles one way, that was a long trip.
Flat towed it to Dusy Ershim also that was about 650 round trip.
It handles nice with the trailer behind it, could use more power, but then 55mph is maximum here for towing a trailer, it has enough power to drag it over a long grade that has a 4100 ft pass. It's not a speed demon but it gets me there and back.
The little truck is actually the same size as a fullsize 1/2 ton single cab truck

I was just messing man. My dad (I'm 17) has a 2008 Nissan Frontier, and surprising it has a ton of power. I can catch a wheel on demand with that truck. I believe it has around 260 HP or something. Could be wrong though.

The older ones lack a bit of power, but them towing is not something you ought to do in a hurry, so it works out ok

39.5's, I think it will eventually get a set of 42's, my buddy has 42's on his and does really well with them.

Just got back from JV, 2 days, 5 trails, no problems, no breakage, just rip roaring fun.
Still want to add a front center limit strap, the pitbulls work great at 7 psi they stay put and grab good, those darn things are tough as nails.
Other than that the Jeep did everything I asked from it.

Just got back from 2 days of wheeling, went to JV, ran Wrecking ball, Jackhammer North, Tack Hammer, today we did Aftershock and Sledgehammer and took a look at Resolution and decided we will leave that one for another day

Got to love a good crawl ratio, crawl up and if need to blip the throttle a little to bump it. By the way my, crossmember fix did the trick, the bolts are staying tight, so no more flexing, pretty happy about that.
