Not really, once the Hammers addiction has it's sharp claws in you, your Whitelightning will morph somewhat. Will make buffing it out somewhat of a waste of time

Did a bit more welding on the front axle of my buggy, almost done with that part, then on to extending the steering arms a bit.
Will be nice when the front end is all done. Then comes the part where I have to spend money on gears, a detroit for the front and a powersteering pump. On the bright side that will be the major remaining expenditure. The rest is just a bunch of nickle and dime stuff.
Seeing some of the Hammer buggy trails is getting me motivated to get this thing wheelable

So is it already turn key as far as powertrain is concerned? Was this a running buggy when you got it and you are just "fixing" it to your liking?

Nah didn't run, I got it running after fixing all the engine wiring, still got to find a trans computer and wire that. Damned engine dropped a valve, fixed that awhile back. There is a lot of lil stuff I still got to fix. So there is some tinkering left to be done

If somebody is looking for a more extreme Jeep this might be a good deal, price is negotiable
110" wheelbase, D60 Kpin axle XJ springs front and rear 14 bolt rear 40" MTR's

-Steering box is tapped for hydro assist setup. I have hoses but no ram.
-X9 superwinch not mounted.
-40" Goodyear MTR kevlars mounted on H2 aluminum wheels.
-Almost all hardware has been replaced with grade 8 bolts on axles and suspension.

Things needed to be done to wheel, I have most of the stuff just needs installation and time which I don't have with 5 kids.

-Front tube fenders need to be assembled and mounted. (White Rhino Fab kit) I got it
-Add ram for assist steering if desired. Box is already tapped.
-I have rear cage DOM tubes bent up that need to be installed onto cage and tie into frame. (White Rhino Fab kit) I got it
-Genright tire carrier style swing down needs to be welded up and mounted. Local fab shop bent it up.

-Skid plate, I was planning to stick 1/4" plate under it. I don't have
-Add bumpstops

Its been always garaged since I have owned it and previous owner from this board. Probably more stuff but will update if missing something.

CA title registered non op.

Would like trade for more of a streetable wheeler or muscle car (Charger). We can negotiate price differences either way. I prefer a Moderate built TJ, but will entertain a good looking XJ, ZJ or shoot what you got, Jeeps, yotas locked and running. Something that I can wheel and drive to a local trail for the day. I want something to pull behind the MoHo and run local trails. Reason I am getting rid of this rig is I haven't touched it in over a year. With 5 kids and sports and school, it just seems like I have no time and crazier by the day. So there for I think someone with some time to button things up can enjoy this rig more than me having it sit in my garage. I was originally building this to play in JV, but maybe someone else can still hit the Hammers with it.

Let me know what you got. Shoot! Prefer to trade straight up but we can negotiate if needed. Location 92532. So let's say $8,500. Feel free to text or email. 9five1 83zero- 22four2. Embroideryneeds at gmail dot com. Pics following.

Come on by and take a look!

Older pic while setting up shock mounts with the help of the Famous Art from here. Swampers are gone, currently sitting on the MTRs.

That toyota is awesome! I wouldn't think those tires would get good traction.

It's a Toyota body on a International scout frame, with a 4.3 Chevy mid engine in the bed and Rockwell axles and rear steer. It's different for sure, but actually works pretty wel. He is planning on tweeking it a bit more and using smaller tires
