I have a brother that lives in Utah and my girlfriend's aunt lives in Arizona. Rausch Creek is fantastic here (along w Big Dogs Off-road park from what I've heard) but you guys have some fantastic and legendary trails out there
the Dusy opens in the beginning of August and you can run it till it snows in which can happen in October or November. Depending on the weather.
Even in August and September it's chilly at night Since most of the trail is somewhere between 8000 to 10.000 feet elevation

If you are going to do part of the Dusy head up to Kaiser pass that's where the best part of the trail is, camp for the night at Ershim lake, way cool place. Or run 9 miles up and 9 miles down in a day. anyway I will be off all week next week.
So if you want to come out some time next week for some Hammer fun I am off till and including October 28 th

Sorry for the false alarm Art... I thought we had a plan then he called and said he needed to do a one day deal.... so were going to hit Dusy early from the Courtright side up to Thompson hill and run back... should be fun but I'm a little sad because I already had some Hammer wheeling in mind! And you're even off! Damnit!

Was just looking at Area BFE trails, man we really need to spend a 3-4 days terrorizing that place. Next to the Hammers it's one of the ultimate big boy play grounds

Did a lil bit of camping and wheelin with friends this weekend was a pretty cool shindig. Some pretty good wheelin, tall tales at the campfire and some other cool shenanigans. All in all pretty darn good weekend, total carnage wasted driveshaft and a broken spring mount on a CJ, dented door on FJ, 2 driveshafts and a tow pint ripped off from some old XJ's that was it major damage. One flop and one almost flop that my buddy drove out off. So pretty darn good time

That looks awesome Art. That new trail is no joke!
