Much the same as Imped or Hendrix goes thru with coil+spacer, different coil etc. Being one of the first, as far as I know, to do a spring under TJ leaf conversion, it took some trying of different combinations of spring packs to get the proper height, flex, and resistance to axle wrap whilst still having a durable product.

Bent 'em... oh yeah. Hit rocks on the departure, you bet. Bent from rocks contact... nope. I ran a combo of RE 3.5" XJ springs with stock mains for a couple months and came off a hard vertical climb backwards which bent the main leaf between the axle and the spring hanger. After that it was much more prone to the same failure mode until I went with the OME/stock packs I run today.

Yep, vast improvement. Depending on how much of the extra u-bolt you cut off, it's akin to driving around with an uncut 14 bolt in the rear. With the u-bolt flip, it doesn't get hung up if a rear tire slips off a rock.

I thought I saw your jeep in Jp magazine few months ago, so I dug up the magazine and I was wrong. But the color scheme was close. I like your paint job much better...

It was a RuffStuff swap kit. I trimmed the ubolt extra length but like the flip kit much better.
