Lift questions...

I have a customer who wants to lift a 2012 Rubicon and he has a question. Since the Rubicon is lifted 2" from the factory if he puts a 4" rough country lift is it lifted overall 6" or 2". Thanks for any help.

Might be better of in the jk section instead of the build forum. If he already has the mopak lift kit and is looking to add height by installing the rd kit , the mopar kit has to be removed. You achieve lift on a suspension by installing taller springs. So old coils springs and shocks have to be removed in order to install new longer components

2012 rubis come pre lifted

I know that the CoD versions do but not all rubis

But to answer your question, it would lift it 2" taller than it currently is if it does indeed already have a 2" lift. The lifts dont stack (unless spring spacers were used to do the 2" lift and you kept the spacers on the jeep, then it would be 6" of lift)
